Acidity, heartburn & all stomach issues are most common issues we all face now-a-days. So, let's understand how to deal with them-
๐๐ป Don't overeat
๐๐ปLose weight
๐๐ปFollow a low-carbohydrate diet
๐๐ป Limit your alcohol intake
๐๐ปDo not drink too much coffee or tea
๐๐ปAvoid raw onion
๐๐ปLimit intake of carbonated drinks
๐๐ปDo not drink too much citrus juice
๐๐ปEat less chocolate
๐๐ปAvoid mint
๐๐ปElevate head of your bed while sleeping
๐๐ปDo not eat within 3 hours of going to bed
๐๐ปWear loose clothes

๐๐ปEating bananas, apples, melons, peas, eggs, brocolli and spinach are even good to reduce acidity
๐๐ปSleep for 7 to 8 hours every night without disturbance in a dark & airy room
๐๐ปSleep every day on time and do not sleep late night
๐๐ปGet up every day too on same day
๐๐ปDrink a glass of warm water with a half a lemon squeezed in it every morning on waking up
๐๐ป Keep your body active but avoid high intensity exercises
๐๐ปTry avoiding intake of any food after 9pm minimum or maximum 10pm
๐๐ปIt is best to have light dinner and before 8pm every day
