Acidity, heartburn & all stomach issues are most common issues we all face now-a-days. So, let's understand how to deal with them- 
👉🏻 Don't overeat
👉🏻Lose weight
👉🏻Follow a low-carbohydrate diet
👉🏻 Limit your alcohol intake
👉🏻Do not drink too much coffee or tea
👉🏻Avoid raw onion
👉🏻Limit intake of carbonated drinks
👉🏻Do not drink too much citrus juice
👉🏻Eat less chocolate
👉🏻Avoid mint
👉🏻Elevate head of your bed while sleeping
👉🏻Do not eat within 3 hours of going to bed
👉🏻Wear loose clothes
👉🏻Try eating ginger
👉🏻 Try drinking lukewarm water an hour after lunch and dinner
👉🏻Avoid smoking
👉🏻Eat slowly and in small quantities
👉🏻Check your daily or any medications you are taking, like some anti-inflammatory medications can cause you acidity
👉🏻Try to avoid eating of meat, high fatty foods, high salty foods, & high cheese content foods
👉🏻Eat high protein & low cholesterol content foods like salmon, lean poultry, lentils, beans, fruits, vegetables, potatoes & some whole grains.
👉🏻Eating bananas, apples, melons, peas, eggs, brocolli and spinach are even good to reduce acidity
👉🏻Sleep for 7 to 8 hours every night without disturbance in a dark & airy room
👉🏻Sleep every day on time and do not sleep late night
👉🏻Get up every day too on same day
👉🏻Drink a glass of warm water with a half a lemon squeezed in it every morning on waking up
👉🏻 Keep your body active but avoid high intensity exercises
👉🏻Try avoiding intake of any food after 9pm minimum or maximum 10pm
👉🏻It is best to have light dinner and before 8pm every day
